Tip: If you are crunched for time, as most of us are, use a white boxed cake mix, once the cupcakes come out of the oven, let them cool just for a few minutes, then wrap them in saran wrap and pop them in the freezer overnight. 1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla
