Tryout this recipe! It’s chock-full of nutrients to help give your immune system a boost this winter season!
Immune Boosting Smoothie
-1 banana
-2 handfuls of spinach
-1-2 kale leaves; stem removed
-1 lemon; juiced
-1 Grapefruit; juiced
-1 C. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
-4-5 strawberries
-blueberries; small handful
-1 kiwi
-1-2 C. orange juice
*for an extra boost: add tofu, ground flax seed or pomeganate juice!
Blend together until smooth.
Makes 2-3 servings.
