One of our favorite things to make from all of those leftover easter eggs, it’s so simple and easy!
Egg Salad Sandwiches: We wrapped ours in lettuce to make this Whole 30 approved!!
8 hardboiled eggs peeled and cut {an egg slicer is handy just slice and turn the egg to cut both ways}
2-3 tablespoons of homemade olive oil mayo-
2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste.
