We’re prepping for a fabulous summer party around here! Adding some paper bows to your next party creates that WOW factor! Today we are going to show you how to create a bow garland + the sweetest little bow straws! This super easy DIY will make your next party perfect! You can make them with glitter paper or just plain or printed card stock. There is no such thing as “too” many bows! So be sure to dress up your paper straws with these adorable DIY bows at your next event! Cute for gender reveal parties, showers, baby’s 1st birthday, or any special occasion!
Step 1: Download, cut, and trace bow template onto back side of paper or cardstock.
Step 2: Fold one half of the bow to the center (as seen in photo). Glue down, with hot glue or glue dots.
Step 3: Glue the other half down towards the middle. Let dry. Glue small rectangular strip of paper, fold excess paper on the backside of the bow, and glue down.
Step 4: Cut the bow “tails” to the backside, glue both “tails” to the back. (If your making the bow straws, the bow “tail” is one single piece, do not cut it into two pieces, leave as one piece, glue it to the back of the bow.
Step 5: If making a garland, glue garland to string or twine. If making bow straws, glue to a paper straw.
