We love eating healthy fats! Before #whole30 we avoided anything with avocado because of the calories..not anymore. We have learned the importance of providing the right fuel to create energy, eating the right fats can provide that energy!  We love adding fresh guacamole as a yummy topping for just about any meal, especially on our eggs for breakfast!  You and your family will love this! quick and easy guacamole #whole30 approved

 

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados

1-2 T chopped red onions

2 T chopped cilantro

1 roma tomato chopped

small clove of garlic minced

juice of 1/2 lime

salt & pepper to taste

optional,  1 T sweet red pepper chopped, as well as 2-3 slices of Jalapeno or serrano pepper chopped.

Mix and enjoy!
