Once my daughter switched from a crib to a toddler bed, it was time for a little redo. ¬†Nothing major, just enough to satisfy my creative rush! ūüôā click here to see her space before…

First,  update the bedding, I added this darling harlequin bedding set from This Modern Life, by Beau Loves, as well as a couple of pillows,  the cloud pillow and masked bear pillow. I layered the pillows and bedding to add some fun dimension, but kept her polka dot sheet and triangle blanket that I had hand made from before.

Second, add some simple wall decals, these mini-triangle decals from Urban Walls add some more fun to her other Animal wall decals.  Instead of just putting up the triangles I took it to another level by making them into modern bow ties. Then opted for a more quirky/random look, which added to the fun!

Third, change up the wall decor…I added in a couple fun new letters from sweet grace art, a custom painted striped letter P, and a white lowercase p. Then 2 of our favorite art prints from Skoope Home…and I was done. ¬†A super easy update to one of my very favorite spaces!close-up-gallery-and-bedding-TR31photo credit: moms best network
