What an awesome giveaway! I am working towards a healthy me, also trying to change the way my family eats and views food. I have lost 85#s so far this year, and feel so much better. Changing the way I eat has healed my asthma amd allowed me to be active with my kids and husband. I want to be someone that my husband is proud of and my daughters can look up to!

My family has eaten relatively healthy through the years, but we’ve become
Lazy and need to get back into it. Also, we each have our issues. A couple people have anxiety, a couple ai stuff, a couple depression, etcetera. I know changing our diet will help these things. Thank you 🙂
My reason for better health: to feel good!! Ever since I made a lifestyle change to more natural, healthy choices, my energy level has been boosted, my skin looks great and body is in much better shape.

I love the amount of influence my lifestyle and dietary choices are impacting the lives of my young adult (ages 21 and 24) children. No, I’m not the mom of TOTS or TEENS, but of one still in college, one living on a shoestring as a career begins. Both are faced with making good health choices daily in a culture that promotes fast and easy. We are enjoying experimenting with new products and mindsets on what determines healthy. This is a fun and exciting thing to do together!

I’m trying to get into better health for many reasons, my own well-being and for my family.
We try to eat healthy and avoid processed food but lately we had been falling off the wagon and baking too many treats so i started to cut out sugar, dairy and grains from me and my daughters diet a couple of days a go. My reason is because sugar and dairy affects my skin and hormones, i become super emotional, anxious and stressed.. I want to help my self feel and look my best and the same for my family.
I’m on day 23 of the Whole30 and spend a great part of my days researching new products & recipes. Thankfully I have come across you @momsbestnetwork! Thank you!!!
I’m working on improving my health because it’s about time I treated my body with the care it deserves. I am trying my best to keep my family from eating processed foods as much as I can. Eating more natural foods is so important. This would be an awesome win! I have always wanted to read it starts with food, and hopefully get my husband to read it too and then start our own whole 30 to show him while fresh foods don’t have to be tasteless and gross. In fact it’s the opposite!
