Today we’re sharing the most adorable, perfect fall treat from Kristina McPherson. Kristina is a gorgeous mama of 4 sweet kids and we just love her darling style, see her instagram style here. Kristina says, “I saw a photo of these gorgeous chocolate dipped pears and they looked so good that I had to make some! The best part about them is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make.”
-Pears
-Sticks (optional)( I just gathered some twigs from my yard)
-chocolate chips (I used Nestle semi sweet)
-chopped peanuts
-wax paper
Directions: Wash the pears and pat them dry. Twist off the stem and insert stick or twig. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, (I used a half bag for 4 pears) stirring in between till all melted. Dip the bottom of the pear in the chocolate, use a spoon or spatula to even it out. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on the chocolate and set on wax paper to harden.
You can eat them off the stick or slice off a wedge at a time.
Good eats!
