These soy + gluten free Teriyaki Glazed Shish Kabobs were a huge hit! We have really been enjoying our Traeger Grill…especially my 10 year old little chef!  He asks, “Mom what can I help you cook for dinner, can we use the grill?”  He really just loves food, and I love that I am helping him develop his passion for cooking!

we used this amazing recipe from Paleo Newbie found here…and it’s so good!

We cooked our kabobs on our Traeger Grill until the chicken was completely cooked. Basting them each time we turned them over!

Served with corn on the cob and this super light and easy cabbage slaw with lemon and olive oil.  Cabbage slaw recipe below…

Cabbage Slaw ( my new favorite side dish…it tastes so light and refreshing!)

1/2 head of purple cabbage chopped
