We are seriously getting spoiled with all the amazing meals we have been been creating with our Traeger Grill! It’s crazy but true that our meats are so much more tender and flavorful! Typically we cook our pork tenderloin in the crockpot seasoned to perfection till it easily falls apart. But it was fun to try cooking it a little different this time using our Traeger grill…smoking it first for 2-3 hrs…then cooking it on a higher heat about 350 degrees, for 20-30 minutes. Naturally it created a slightly crispy outside but a very tender meat on the inside. It literally melted in our mouth and my kids were begging for more!
This will for sure be a meal that we cook again and again…served with strawberries and an easy veggie kale salad. So so good!
