First take your McCormick Grill Mates Garlic and Herb Marinade seasoning packet…we found ours at the local grocery store…mix it up according to the package instructions…place your meat + marinade into a plastic bag and marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is even better.

Next take your meat and wrap bacon around it securing with a toothpick…your meat is now ready to go on the grill. We smoked our meat for about 40 minutes, then turned the heat up to 350 and grilled for about 15 minutes or until meat temp is 180 degrees and done.  If you don’t have a Traeger Grill Smoker you can skip the smoking part and just grill it until the meat is done.

Served with a fresh garden salad and some oven roasted potatoes…
