Melt in your mouth bacon wrapped boneless pork chops seasoned with our favorite garlic herb marinade. Super simple and easy…we are excited to feature these boneless pork chops + smoked bacon from 5280 Meat!  We pair a couple of our favorite meats with this simple and easy marinade…these marinades only take minutes to mix up, place your meat in a plastic bag and you have most of your meal prep done and ready!

First take your McCormick Grill Mates Garlic and Herb Marinade seasoning packet…we found ours at the local grocery store…mix it up according to the package instructions…place your meat + marinade into a plastic bag and marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is even better.

Next take your meat and wrap bacon around it securing with a toothpick…your meat is now ready to go on the grill. We smoked our meat for about 40 minutes, then turned the heat up to 350 and grilled for about 15 minutes or until meat temp is 180 degrees and done.  If you don’t have a Traeger Grill Smoker you can skip the smoking part and just grill it until the meat is done.

Served with a fresh garden salad and some oven roasted potatoes…

take 7-8 potatoes scrub, then cube

toss potatoes in garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley then bake at 375 for 15 minutes, turn potatoes over then bake for another 10-15 minutes.

YUM…serves about 7-8
