Mesquite grilled boneless pork ribs for the win! Served with a side salad and baked yam. It’s always the best when you can include items from your garden.  Picked our very last grape tomatoes fresh from our garden.  Thanks to 5280 meats for the most tender boneless pork ribs. Simply Delicious!  Seasoned with our favorite RUB RECIPE below…

What you will need:

2-3lbs of boneless pork ribs…season with our rub recipe

RUB recipe:  1/2 cup Brown sugar, 1 tsp Cayenne pepper or use less if you don’t want it spicy, then 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp dried chopped onion, 1 tsp of dry garlic granules mix in a bowl…then rub on meat liberally and let sit for at least 1 hour.

Cook on your GRILL at 350 for 10-15 minutes on each side…we used our and a mix of our favorite pellets
