Gearing up….what’s in your ski bag? brought to you by Park City Mountain Resort
Making sure you are prepared for your ski venture is important…especially on a snowy day!
Luckily we prepared with the right gear as we encountered a very snowy day at park city mountain. Today we are sharing a recent visit to park city ski resort, one more venture in our skiing with family series with Tana Hallows. Park city is an amazing resort that boasts over 129 Runs, 38 Lifts, 9 Terrain parks + 2 gondolas that connect park city and canyons at park city resort.
Despite a very snowy day, we loved all that park city resort had to offer. Layers were very key in keeping us warm, plus the right head gear with goggles is a must, keeping visibility clear. A firm believer in helmets for all of my kids plus goggles. Layer up with neck gators + mittens are my favorite…along with a good base layer, as well as a sweatshirt underneath your lined ski coat.
Love the Dana 3-in 1 coat from Kamik.com Little P is wearing! Love that it has layers that kept her toasty and warm in even the toughest of conditions. Not one complaint from her….love that it has a yellow down coat underneath too that can be unzipped and worn separately.

Skiing at park city was one of our favorite places so far this season, we were able to make it a fun day despite the snowy weather because we had the right gear to keep us warm. Also love that we could use our ski passport that we picked up from SKI UTAH…this passport allows my 6th grader to ski once at every resort in Utah for only $35, we explain more details about the passport HERE in our last post “5 tips to fun affordable skiing with your family “.
